SATR Center performs the full range of services related to warranty and post-warranty maintenance and repair of hearing aids in Almaty. SATR Center is the authorized center of Oticon A/S in Kazakhstan providing warranty and post-warranty maintenance of Oticon hearing aids.
The maintenance, diagnostics and repair of the hearing aids are carried out by certified personnel, who regularly improve their qualifications and attend trainings onsite at the hearing aid manufacturer’s premises.
Prior to the repair, the hearing aids’ diagnostics is performed to find any existing faults. During this process the reasons for the faults and their extent are revealed and components needing replacement are identified.

How the service center works

The service center performs maintenance and repair of all devices sold by SATR Center in the Republic of Kazakhstan. In case of any fault in a device, please contact our service engineer and describe the fault and its symptoms. The engineer will define and classify the fault and, if necessary, consult you on the troubleshooting via telephone +7 (727) 395 83 40. The equipment is accepted by the service center for the diagnostic and repair purposes solely if you fill in and submit a request. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Requests are processed within two business days.
Device diagnostics time varies between two and five business days from the date of delivery of the device to the service center. The maximum warranty/post-warranty repair period is 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery and signing of the handover certificate by the service center, unless the purchase agreement and/or warranty certificate stipulates otherwise. The above period does not include the time required to deliver the requisite spare parts from the manufacturer, to transport them to the service center and from the service center, as well as the time after the client is notified of the device’s readiness.
